Prior to moving to our new location, we did not charge a membership fee. We charged a small registration fee. In 2009, we we're legally forced to change to a new membership type system. All club memberships must have a start and stop date to be valid. I don't have a membership card yet, how do I get one or I had a membership card but I lost it? Anyone without a membership card will be treated as a new guest. This included paying the registration fee again and filling out new paperwork. We thank you for your understanding and cooperation! How do I know if my membership is expired? If the issued date on your card is one year old or greater your membership is expired. You will need to renew your membership the next time you come to the club. You may also renew it online before you arrive. All our new cards have an expiration date listed on them. Do I still have to make reservations if I have my membership card? Yes and no. Reservations for most events are not required. We suggest reserve on SLS and see who else may be coming. Keep in mind the SLS list is not a complete list of everyone that is coming to an event. New Years Eve and Halloween DO require that you purchase tickets in advance as these parties sell out every time! Do I need to bring my picture ID every time I come? Yes, it makes check in so much faster and easier with it. Be sure to bring your membership card as well. I normally come with my spouse, boyfriend, girlfriend but I want to come by myself one night, can I do that or vice versa? We'd love to have both of you back at the club and do discourage individual members of couple attending alone. We typically make exceptions for the female half of couples. However, if there is a permanent change in your membership status i.e. Single membership changes to a couple membership and vice versa, we ask that you go through the new guest registration process. It makes things much easier that way. We thank you for your understanding and cooperation! I have a membership card but I am no longer with the person I initially registered with and want to bring someone else instead, what do I do? We fully understand that sometimes things don't work out between couples. We are glad you found a new person to share Club Eros with. To be fair to all our members, we ask that you register as a new couple and we will issue a new member card with both of your names. Please be sure to bring your old card so we can verify your old membership. We thank you for your understanding and cooperation! How do I register? Visit the "MEMBERSHIP" page and click the date you want to attend and the type of membership you are purchasing. You will be taken to a secure form to purchase your membership. I belong to, own, run ABC swingers group, can I come for free? We'd love to have you come to one of our events and we'd be more than happy to give you a group discount. If you have a group of people you'd like to bring to the club one night, contact us and we'll work out the details. You will need to bring your card and ID in order to attend events there. |
